Our modern, innovative technology empowers and informs our customers while accommodating their mobile lifestyles. We believe in long-standing relationships that endure beyond the point when closing docs are signed. We care about our customers’ entire homeownership experience, and stay involved via support, analysis and information related to their specific transaction. Reali is a partner for life.
Reali Beginnings

Our founders have spent the last two decades buying, selling, renting, building, managing and investing in virtually every type of residential and business structure. During this time, we learned a thing or two about the real estate system and came to the following conclusion: It had to change. We formed Reali to rebuild the system from the ground up. A new system, engineered around real information, real communication, real technology and real expertise. The result? Really happy Buyers and Sellers. You could say we’ve put the “real” back in real estate…Reali.

Amit Haller
Amit Haller
Founder & CEO

Amit brings nearly three decades of leadership experience to Reali. His deep and unique background blends real estate, technology and entrepreneurship, positioning him perfectly to lead Reali’s efforts to re-define the real estate process. As Founder & CEO of Butterfly Investments in the United States and Israel, Amit has successfully acquired and currently manages a portfolio of over 800 residential units, with positive cash flow and high appreciation. Under Haller’s leadership, Butterfly deployed a high-tech business management style that utilized information technology systems to increase profitability and scalability, and provide real time data management. Prior to his work with Butterfly, Amit was Co-Founder & CEO of IXI Mobile (IXMO), an international organization that launched more than 10 mobile data device products internationally, and peaked at 250 employees with offices in Silicon Valley, Israel, Romania, Ukraine, UK, Taiwan and Korea. Earlier in his career, Amit was Founder & CEO of Butterfly Communications, a leading fabless chipset company that developed the first Bluetooth core technology and chipset. Butterfly was first to foresee the need for Fast Frequency Hopping technology in consumer products and created the world’s first cost effective chipset. Butterfly was acquired by Texas Instruments in 1999, which was the very first acquisition in the Bluetooth space.

Founder & CPO

A law graduate and multi-disciplined professional, Ami has 15 years’ of experience in consumer-based Web/Mobile platforms and capital allocations. His innovation-driven and hands-on style is propelled by his experience co-founding and selling several successful companies. He is a savvy real estate investor and entrepreneur both in the domestic and overseas markets. As a Senior Partner at Butterfly Investments, in Israel and Dragonfly Group, LP, Ami set the direction, built the business culture and sets in place a commitment to outstanding service and return for investors. Ami also brings deep technology experience to Reali, having served as a CEO, Technical Product Manager and UI Consultant within the mobile, internet and gaming industries.
Tyler Baldwin
Tyler Baldwin

Tyler is a strategic go-to-market leader who has successfully launched global products at scale. He leads the sales, marketing, and operations teams and focuses on building Reali's rapidly expanding operations. Before joining Reali, Tyler was formerly Head of Sales for the Mid-Market and Enterprise team for LinkedIn Elevate. Tyler also led the Global Sales Strategy & Operations team for LinkedIn’s Sales Solutions. Tyler also spent three years at McKinsey & Company where he advised Fortune 500 companies and their executive teams. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University and earned his MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
