What’s this all about?

While California continues counting votes from Tuesday’s election, some preliminary conclusions can be drawn around some propositions that were on the ballot. What it means

If you’re one of the more than 5 million Californians aged 55 or older, this proposition will save you a bunch of money on buying a home in CA. Coupled with today’s crazy low mortgage rates, the conditions could hardly be more ripe to make a move.
